UV Digital Flatbed
White, CMYK, and varnish on objects up to 10" deep — no screens, no setup fees
Our state-of-the-art UV digital flatbed printer jets UV-curable ink directly onto virtually any rigid substrate and cures it instantly. White ink, full CMYK, and varnish channels in a single pass. No screens, no plates, no minimum setup — just upload your file and print. The industry's most versatile direct-to-object process.
Process specs
How it works
Our UV flatbed printer handles rigid substrates up to 4 × 8 feet and objects up to 10 inches deep. White ink capability allows printing on dark, transparent, or metallic materials — the white layer is laid down first, then CMYK color is printed on top for full vibrancy. Varnish channels add selective texture, gloss, or matte effects in the same pass. Because there are no screens or plates, setup cost is zero — making it the right choice for prototypes, one-offs, and short-to-medium production runs.
Common applications
- Full-color branding on curved or irregular objects up to 10" tall
- White ink base on dark, transparent, or metallic substrates
- Varnish spot coating for texture, gloss, or tactile effects
- Prototype and pre-production samples — no tooling cost
- Short-run custom panels, branded equipment covers, and lids
- Personalized and variable-data printing

Laser Engraving & Cutting
Permanent, high-precision marks and cuts with no inks or consumables
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to ablate or alter the substrate surface — creating permanent marks that can't be rubbed off, peeled, or chemically removed. Used for serial numbers, UDI compliance, barcodes, and decorative engraving on metal, plastic, and wood.
Process specs
How it works
We operate CO₂ and fiber laser systems for a wide range of marking and cutting applications. Fiber lasers excel on bare and coated metals; CO₂ systems handle organic materials, acrylic, and coated substrates. All marks are permanent and meet FDA UDI requirements for medical device traceability. Variable data (serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes) is handled natively — no additional setup per part.
Common applications
- UDI compliance marking for medical devices
- Serial number and traceability marking
- Anodized aluminum panel engraving
- Precision cutting of gaskets and overlays
- Decorative engraving on awards and gifts

DTF Transfers
Full-color, soft-hand transfers for fabric, apparel, and soft goods
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing produces full-color transfers on a PET film that are heat-applied to fabric and soft substrates. No weeding, no minimum colors, no white ink limitations — just vibrant, durable decoration on virtually any textile.
Process specs
How it works
DTF transfers are produced on our in-house film printer and applied with a heat press. Gang sheets maximize material efficiency for mixed designs or small quantities. Transfers can be pre-made and shipped to your facility for in-house application, or we can apply them here. Full-color photographic images, fine details, and gradients all reproduce cleanly — with a soft hand feel that holds up through repeated washing.
Common applications
- Branded workwear and uniforms
- Promotional apparel and event merchandise
- Safety vests and high-visibility gear
- Bags, hats, and soft accessories
